Several brochures, assessment instruments, resource compilations, teaching tools, and other publications are available free of charge to teachers, administrators and parents in the service region.
The Center also maintains a multicultural, multimedia resource library. The library houses a unique collection of books, DVDs, videocassettes, CD-ROMS, laserdisks, posters, and games related to equity issues.Center staff review and add new books, videos and other resources to the library on an ongoing basis. The library currently contains resources.
Resources from the library are available on loan to school teachers and parents in the service region and the only charge for the use of materials is return insured postage. Patrons can search the resource catalog and request resources by calling the center.
The Center also publishes the quarterly newsletter HORIZONS. This newsletter features articles about important regional and national developments related to education and equity.
