Kristen is the director of the Center for Education, Equity and Diversity and assistant professor in Elementary Education at Western Washington University. She has been a teacher and teacher educator for over seventeen years. Her interests include multicultural teacher education, decolonizing theory, Indigenous education, and critical performative pedagogy.
