Annotation: This calendar contains a list of significant women in different areas of our society. It also includes historic pictures from the Library of Congress as well as a perpetual calendar. This calendar includes important events in the history of and the birth and death dates of important women.

School Library Activities Focusing on Ethinic Groups
Annotation: There are many interesting, enjoyable activities for and about ethnic groups which school librarians can implement. In one of the Ethnic Studies Project workshops, participating librarians were asked to brainstorm ideas for activities or programs dealing with ethnic groups that would be suitable for school libraries. Inside this brochure are some of their ideas.
